What are your fees?
Individual Sessions: $200
Couple Sessions: $230
Sliding scale fees may be available and are based on financial need. Please get in touch with me to discuss options.

Do you take insurance?
I am not in-network with insurance companies, but I can provide a statement for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Please get in touch with your insurance provider to learn about your out-of-network benefits.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can easily schedule an in-person or video session through my online calendar. Just select a date and time that works for you. Or contact me by phone or email and I'll get you booked.

What if I'm not local to San Diego?
I provide online video therapy sessions for clients throughout California . All we need is a private, confidential space and a device for video-based sessions.

What issues do you treat?
I treat a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, anger issues, substance use, life transitions, relationship problems, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. I aim to help you better understand patterns that leave you feeling stuck, learn healthy coping strategies, and make positive changes.

What is your therapeutic approach?
I utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and more. My style is interactive, compassionate and supportive.
