Everyone needs help from time to time. In our collaborative therapy sessions, we'll explore unhealthy patterns holding you back and gain skills to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, anger issues, life transitions, and more.

I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. I welcome and support clients of all backgrounds and identities, including race, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, and more.

Adults

You may be struggling with relationships, work stress, depression, trauma, or finding more meaning and purpose. I'm here to listen without judgment, understand your experiences, and help you develop insights and skills to live a more fulfilling life.

Teens

My approach with teens is interactive and supportive. I know it can be hard opening up, but I make the space safe, welcoming and confidential. We'll work together on issues like relationships, identity, anxiety, family dynamics, and developing self-confidence.

Substance Use Counseling
& Harm Reduction

Substance use can profoundly impact your health, relationships, work, and other aspects of your life. I approach substance use counseling through a non-judgemental, harm-reduction lens.

First, we'll collaboratively assess your current substance use patterns and how they may be causing challenges for you. I'll get a full understanding of the role substances play in your life.

Next, we'll identify any connections between your substance use and your health, mood, relationships, work, or other priorities. I'll support you in defining your goals, whether that's reducing harm, cutting back, taking a break, or quitting entirely.

Our sessions will provide a safe space to explore triggers, understand cravings, build healthy coping strategies, identify high-risk situations, and prevent relapses. I'll help you fine-tune a self-care plan tailored to your needs and goals.

While abstinence may be your goal, harm reduction acknowledges there may be steps along the way. Small positive changes can add up. I'll meet you where you're at and help you achieve greater well-being.
